WHERE TO GET GRIEVANCE AND TRANSMITTAL FORMS

These can generally be attained from your Human Resources or Labour Relations Branch.

WHAT IS ADJUDICABLE?

While a member may grieve against almost anything, as long as it’s not frivolous or vexatious, please note that generally only violations of the collective agreement or legislation may proceed to the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) for adjudication (3rd party review). Violations of policies or promises made, generally cannot proceed to the FPSLREB. It is important that grievors understand this at the outset.
